2. What Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

2.1 Account Data

  • Email address — provided during registration, used for account management, service communications, and login.
  • Company name — provided during onboarding for account identification.

2.2 Payment Data

  • Payment processing is handled by Mollie B.V. (a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor). We do not store your credit card details or banking information directly.
  • We receive and store a transaction reference, payment status, and the associated plan from Mollie for invoicing and subscription management.

2.3 Usage & Analytics Data

  • Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within the platform.
  • IP address and approximate location (country level) for security and service optimization.
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system for compatibility purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

SignalPulse detects buying intent signals from publicly available web content (Reddit posts, Hacker News discussions, tweets, news articles). We want to be clear:

  • We do not scrape, collect, or store personal data of third parties from these public sources for profiling purposes.
  • The signals we detect relate to publicly posted content and topics, not to identifiable individuals.
  • We do not build profiles of third-party individuals, nor do we use facial recognition, biometric data, or social scoring.

6. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, all bound by appropriate data processing agreements:

  • Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) — payment processing
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers (EU-based) — server hosting and delivery
  • Email service providers — transactional and service emails

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate safeguards are in place (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. Analytics cookies, if any, are placed only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data we process (Art. 15);
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17);
  • Restriction — request restricted processing under certain circumstances (Art. 18);
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (Art. 20);
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
